Daddy's 40th birthday

Yes it's true, Daddy is no longer the young spring chicken he once was.  On October 20th he turned the big 4-0.

Michaela learns to skate!

On Saturday September 26th, Michaela had her first ever skating lesson. It took some coaxing to get her on the ice, which was then followed by 5-10 minutes of crying. After she calmed down, she began to enjoy her time on skates and was making some progress. Only 6 more months to go!

Tonsillitis

Michaela was to begin junior Kindergarten this week however she's come down with tonsillitis. She's been miserable all week long, has taken two trips to the doctor where they've changed her medication. She's now on day 2 of the new medication, hopefully this antibiotic clears up the infection, her tonsils are very swollen. Poor Mickey.
